  As you already have an account with us, you do not need to re-send the documents normally required to complete your file (your driving record and automobile claims as well as a photocopy of your driver's license). We already have that information The only exception is for members who are currently only subscribed to our FLEX offer. In this case, you will need to send us your driving records (but not the photocopy of your driver's licence) as we did not ask for them upon subscription.
